Erection angle with implant

I was watching on YouTube videos of Dr Eid with patients showing their penises with the implant, one of them after pumping to the max his erected penis was literally pointing to the ground WTF,,, how do you suppose to have penetrative sex with a dick pointing down?
The guy penis angle was probably 4 or 5 o'clock, I personally won't spend $30000 to have a penis with that angle. For the guys with the implant, what is erection angle?, why some guys have pointing down erection angle? Do they have weak ligaments that don't hold the penis weight? What is it?

Depends on his age and his condition.When I pump up 100% mine is at 3 o’clock and I’m 70 yrs old!

Right after implant it pointed to 2:00. Now 1.5 years later, it's closer to 3:00 and does everything I want it to, in any position.

With my implant, at 75-80% inflation, I have enough (barely) stiffness to achieve vaginal penetration and the angle of my penis is able to be pointed across a substantial range. But when I am inflated past 90%, the angle of my penis is pretty much set and if we attempt to change the angle, it gets uncomfortable and results in trying to kink my penis.

This state of affairs (at 90% and greater inflation) is pretty much the same situation as I had when my penis could get natural erections. When erect, the angle was determined by how my tissues were embedded in my pelvic crus area. Now, the angle is determined by how my implant is embedded in my pelvic crus.

Happily, my erect angle now is very close to the erect angle I had as a young man.

As a young man, my eretion very nearly reached up and touched my (flat) belly. Now, my belly very nearly reaches out and touches my erection. But my erection still points higher than about 2 o'clock, so I can hang a hat on it with very little chance of it falling off. (To be sure, I am talking abouu the hat not falling off, not my penis )

After reading oldbeek's post, I want to add that, when laying on my back with no discernambe pot belly, I CAN press my erection flat against my belly. But if I release my penis it points ALMOST directly to the ceiling and I can point it a little further down toward my feet. Also, left and right. All this is very much the same range as I had when I was fully functional at 16-20 years of age.

Fully inflated, I'm between 2:30 and 3:00, but have a good ability to point my dick up and down. Probably from 1:00 to 5:00 but can't really move it side to side much at all. I think that up and down range of movement is what makes different positions work for me.
