a thought that haunts me, a question for the implanted, is it possible that when you push that you are having sex you do not feel the cylinders? yet it is a foreign body, even the dentist said that the new teeth will be part of you, but then in the end the false teeth you feel them that they are nothing but your chatter

The cylinders become set in their place after healing. I don't feel them during sex, only the good hard erection.

thank you old guy for your answer, I mean while having vaginal or anal sex especially, during the thrusts, does the pressure of the tips of the cylinders towards the glans not bother if the pressure is strong?

Not for me. When I'm fully pumped and having sex it just feels like my old erection. Once or twice when there wasn't enough lubrication, I could feel the base of my right cylinder rubbing on the side. That's where the tube connects from the reservoir, but I can feel that all the time if I poke there.

In my case, for probably the first three months, I would develop some pain and tenderness in the glans from fucking. It wasn't bad and was manageable as it went away in a few hours. Now, no matter how hard I pound, I am unaware of the cylinders or tips in the head of my penis and experience no pain.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.

Before implant, when my penis worked, I would feel the tips of the corpus cavernosum/tunica albuginea pressing on the inside of my glans. The implant feels the same as I remember.

It took some months for my implant to become mentally invisible. After that I've never noticed the tips unless I pump too full. Then I feel the ache.

When I pump up 95%-100% I feel the ache in my glans but it is very much the same as I felt (as I recall) in my teenage years when I had a raging morning erection.

I find the current ache somewhat comforting.

actually when using VED if fully pumped there is no ache. Also during sex I stretch out enough to relieve the ache. So no real problem.
