Hey guys hope you all are doing well, let me tell u abit about myself when I was 18 I wanted to grow a beard really bad cause my ex always liked guys with beard which made me hella insecure. Hey man, I really suggest you to speak to your family about this. No need to talk with them about the med you took or the jelqing, do not overcomplicate, if you have a diagnosis of leak, an implant can defo be a good solution. If you are concerned about size loss you cuold try with daily 5mg cialis, in order to do not lose more.

Jelq sucks but I wouldn't consider a doppler ultrasound in the middle of a depression that made you lose almost 20kg as a definitive prove that you need an implant. A depressive disorder is also a cause of lack of satisfaction from IPP. Avoid irreversible decisions as long as you have brain fog.

Yes, get a VED, follow safe pumping practices, and use a constriction ring for sex if needed. You're nowhere near thinking about an implant yet, plenty of other avenues to go down first. Start working out with weights also, it's a great stress reliever, ego booster, and depression reducer, you'll be surprised how much better you'll feel, and look.
