Malleable- Implants and Life

Guys, as a PSA, I decided to put this up for reference for those who are getting malleables.
I got the info earlier, someone posted it in a string, but figured I would post it on its own.

So I see that you had a malleable and then you went back to an inflatable. Why?

More girth!
When you get a malleable, although they come in different lengths, the girth is lacking.
Now, if you never had girth, or little girth, this would not be a problem, but for me it was.
My 2nd issue was that it was too short!
Too short to the point of driving me crazy 24/7. You see, the length was just enough that the bend coincided with my dickhead/foreskin against whatever I was wearing and it drove me nuts! This is why my outlook of Kramer is not favorable. He is one of those Dr. that think they know better then their patient.
I hope he makes the paper when he is in the hospital as a patient. ONLY then will he understand, lol (IMHO)

When I went for the 3rd surgery, which was covered, that goodness, I was robbed of inches, but better in the girth department.
Although, because of my surgery troubles, it took 7 months before I could actually fuck! Pain was tolerable enough that I could actually have sex and penetrate, lol.
I was jealous of a lot of guys here who were seeing action in a couple/several weeks!

Thank you for the chart. I may end up there and did not know about the third company. They look the best overall.
I know this is too little too late, but why did you not get an LGX for your current implant and use VeD to regain all lost length? Of course you would have probably lost girth. The best for me was 5.5

would a step forward in implants be larger girth and better stiffness in malleable implants?

They can't really give you a bigger girth because you wouldn't be able to pee. I think the malleables that have Steel in them are probably fairly stiff. I'm sure it's more than I would need anyway

what are those that contain and do not contain steel? how much do you think you can lose with the malleable?

Boston Scientific AMS uses something called n i t i n o l coloplast uses silver wire and rigicon use a stainless steel and titanium

I plan on finding a urologist that is dedicated to Ved therapy if I can find him then I should have minimal loss with a malleable. The main concern is erosion After Time you know the tips pushing through your penis. If you use Ved daily there's no chance of that. But I would say that 99% of your urologist will probably shrink you at least an inch maybe inch and a half and possibly two
