is there any kind of way of getting a donation from some rich man here to go to an urologist?

You just described something like a major depressive disorder which hit hard once your relationship ended. It doesn't sound like a good moment for irreversible decisions. And actually it's pretty difficult to get a proper urological check up. I mean you could have testosterone levels impaired and also a not perfect ultrasound because of depression. Unless you have a very big damage (unlikely imho because you managed to have a sexual life even if not satisfactory as you wished), it's not so easy to say what your baseline actually is.

ED is treatable, suicide is not. Think of how your family will feel if you end your life over something treatable. You worry me because you are in a major depression state right now. You should really try to talk with someone, work through all your issues. ED is the least of your worries. Go talk with someone. All the best!

I had ED at 23 as well. I wasn't able to get an implant until 27 (partially because I didnt even know this was an option back then). That was a difficult 4 years.
I know that being in the US I have a lot more financial opportunity than most in Brazil. I'm not going to say your situation is easy. But I spent 4 years just grinding out cash so I could move forward with a treatment when it presented itself. Fortunately I found this website along the way and I was able to use my cash to purchase an implant.
The benefit of all of this is that, the implant forced me to focus on my income. Instead of partying, drinking, wasting time with a girlfriend (yes some of them are massive wastes of time and money), I was instead able to focus on growing my income and work. I'm not "rich", but I can make things happen when I need to.
I'm not sure how easy or difficult it is in Brazil to climb the income or salary ladder. But what I can tell you is that, if the financial opportunities are there, then you can have a great sex life in the future if you put in the work now. Maybe it takes 5 years. Well at 28, great sex is still great. I'm in my 30s now. Great sex is still great.
I often think of something strange - I only exist today because I have ancestors who had extremely difficult lives that I can't even imagine. They didn't give up. They moved forward and did the best that they could. If they gave up, I wouldn't even have a chance now. I'm not going go to give up, ever. I don't want you to either. Just remember, one of your family members (either recently or from a very long time ago) did not give up.

Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

I suppose you could try gofundme.com. I don't know how active it is in Brazil but I'm pretty sure that it shows up and other countries as well. I don't know exactly how you would ask you'd have to be very creative good luck
