3 inches full penetration

I've come to realize that a firm erection trumps any limp noodle every time. But as my wife and I get older and less versatile shall we say size does matter. The old adage that it only takes 3 inches for full penetration no longer applies.
A distinguished Doctor in St Louis, MO told a group "I don't care if you keep a 200 degree towel on it before surgery and it is 10 inches long when you go in and only 3 inches when you come out. All I care is that the 3 inches will get hard."
A doc examined me in Kissimmee FL. "Right now I'm 6 1/2 inches," I said. Smiling he explained that his internal measurements had nothing to do with my natural length. " 6 1/2, 4 1/2, If I decide that 4 1/2 inches is best then that is what you'll be". Laughing he then he bragged about a patient who had become very angry when he had reduced the length of his penis by 2 inches." Grinning at me with delight he quipped, "I told him that he only needed 3 inches for full penetration."
A prominent surgeon in Nashville Tenn recommended here on FT informed a patient "Now I am going to make your penis shorter". And then he did just that.
I think we need to be upfront with our doctors because down the line a hard erection may be just as useless as limp noodle. My opinion.

But you are saying that the Dr. decides what you get???
I mean, I keep saying this on FT, I was robbed!
If a Dr.s' attitude about he doesn't care if the natural size is whatever you had, WTF???
So he/she gets the last word?
If you are worthy enough, they can restore you back to original size?
Now I understand why these porno stars go everything back!!! Not cool!

Yes your doctor absolutely has the last say. After all you're unconscious right unless you go to a tried trued and tested doctor I know of no sure way to find a sure winner. But the next best thing is to find several people who have had satisfying success with him

3" for penetration is nice, but for foreplay, I want a lot more, lol.

My doc here in Phoenix didn't want to hear what I measured. I took a chance and trusted him and it turned out better than I expected. I was at my lifelong size the first time I inflated and have gained at least a cm since. It all helps since my wife doesn't like to prop herself up for max insertion.

He doesn't advertise and probably doesn't have to.
Ironwood Urology is a bustling facility and he is the implant specialist there.

My current uro there whom I was passed on to due to PC said Dr Avila performs many surgeries.

He isn't listed on the doc register here (only Dr Blick is).
Dr Blick also advertises, go figure?

Would we all agree that the top docs do in fact try to retain size? And, they more often than successfully do this? Eid sized me well. I hear Hakky does an excellent job. What are some other names where sizing was discussed and executed correctly?

Dr Kramer in Baltimore and Dr perrito in Miami come to mind if you don't mind losing half an inch or so Dr Kata in Kissimmee and Dr l i c h t in Titusville are also excellent. Same thing with Dr hafkin in Melbourne Florida

Dr. Leroy Jone, in San Anton, implanted me in October 2021 and i have had no issues and did not lose a cm!

Dr. Brady in Orlando is great at sizing correctly.
He takes his time listening and encourages pumping for at least a month before surgery.
