Left testicle seems to be stuck to something

Postby Scott61 » Thu Jun 30, 2022 9:22 pm

I’m two weeks post surgery now. My left testicle seems to be stuck to something, I can’t tell if it is the new hardware or something to do with the penoscrotal incision. Anyone have experience with this, and how did you handle it? It doesn’t hurt. And I’ve been trying to loosen it up while in the bathtub.

Not me but keep using the hot bathtub and working on it to free it up.

My doc said that it’s important to pull the pump down often…not sure if that’s what’s going on with you. I get testicle pain occasionally..goes away.

Thought I had already posted a reply guess not. For the first month or so new pumps love to stick to everything around them. When it's your scrotum that's not a big deal as a matter of fact when I had my pump replaced and moved I purposely stuck it to the bottom of my scrotum at exactly the right position and pointed in exactly the right way to easily inflate it. It stayed that way for about a month and was great. That having been said if it's your testicle that the pump is stuck to that's a problem. You may want to call your doctor about it but in the meantime sitting in a hot tub just try to pull it away usually these things resolve themselves but we've had FT Brothers who have had to have surgical intervention best of luck

Everything is great now, after three months, but for some reason, I got a lot of scrotal swelling right after the operation. At first everything felt all stuck to everything else. I couldn't grab the pump to pull it down. It felt like the pump was stuck against my right testicle.

My doctor told me to wait, leave things alone, and promised that it would all turn out fine. It did.

I had this for about 4 to six weeks. It was a hematoma around the pump which stuck it to the scrotum and left testicle. The hematoma gradually disintegrates it's fine now.
