Hello,

Addressing this again for more info. What does everyone think is the best style/material?
Pre IPP I liked to wear briefs out and nothing at home but big comfortable cotton shorts. It appears those days are over post surgery…. 6 weeks today!

It seems compression shorts or boxer briefs are a favorite on here…
Best material….nylon and spandex?… polyester and spandex?… cotton? It seems that the cotton stretches easily by mid morning allows for too much movement…urrr. :? :?

Who would think buying underwear could be a problem too? :D :D :shock: :shock:

I swear by Duluth Trading Buck Naked Boxer Briefs. Comfort and everything in its plasce. They breat so well I never sweat there...
AMS700 CX 21cm with 3 RTE 4-2019 by Dr Natale - failed 5-2021. Revision 6-2021 with issue (scrotal hematoma and infection). Dr. Ryan Terlecki revision 3-28-2022 (AMS700 CX 21cm with 1.5cm RTE). Cylinder failure at 18 months. 24cm AMS700 CX 11-29-2023.

Mine are loose fitting nylon mesh.

Post-surgery for the first 2 weeks, I walked around with nothing but a polo for my video conferencing. The next week, I wore David Achy's briefs.
34 yo, limited hand/finger dexterity. Tried vacuums, pills, TriMix, and Jelqs and nothing works. Implanted with AMS 700CX 21cm, Right 0.5 RTE by Dr. Clavell in Houston, TX on 5/12/21. Frenectomy 5/11/22 by Dr. Clavell.

Cotton. I've been implanted for many years. I wear regular Fruit of the Loom Jockeys. I buy one size smaller than I'd normally wear. They allow me to keep dressed "up and to the right". When I wear looser jockeys, my dick wants to ride down to the left and uncomfortably curl a little. The smaller FotL do loosen up some with wear and washing. In addition, dressing "up and to the right" keeps that little drop of pee in my dick and not embarrassingly on the front of my Dockers.....

Catman if you have prostate surgery you can forget that little drop. We're talking about down your leg filling your socks. 8-) :P
