What is the procedure for using the VED with an implant? Do you inflate first and use the VED while inflated, or use the VED before inflating?

I was never able to get a doctor to tell me that. But I found out that if you fully inflate before you use vacuum therapy it will deform your cylinders. At least it did my LG X just a little bit. So what I do is fully deflate then put it in inflation mode before starting vacuum therapy. After vacuum therapy that's when I fully inflate and typically leave it that way for 20 or 30 minutes just to help keep my gain

There are no protocols. Do with it whatever the hell you want. Dicks can take a lot worse than a VED.

I see many talking bout that protocol.
What is exactly Perito’s VED protocol?
What it’s supposed to be done?
Can someone elaborate?
Both my implant doctors said: it is NO, NO.
VED could deform cylinders and cause Concorde SST syndrome?

Thanks MK, that’s exactly what I’m trying to find out too. Many people on here have referred to using the VED with the implant, I’ve seen no specific detail on the correct procedure, only one comment about it causing a deformity problem.

You can do a web search for "Postop VED therapy AMS LGX" or CX for the formal studies of using VEDs after implant surgery. There are several if you can wade through the jargon.

let me step in again. AMS makes the softest cylinders on the market and if you have peyronies like me or severe penile scarring also like me they recommend using postop VED to recover loss. The least gain after 1 yr of VED was 1 1/4 inch length growth. Keep in mind that the LGX is the softest IPP on the market so forget about deformation if you do it correctly but it is also the only length growing IPP so no need to worry about the tips pulling out. If you do not have an LGX I don't think that those AMS web sites apply to CX, Titan or any other IPP. Just my opinion. MK is right to worry about your tips pulling out if you stretch your penis farther than your cylinders. That being said if you fully pump before VED therapy your penile tendons will stretch you out from within. Still you need to ask the manufacturers for their current studies. If they say go for it then you need to bring that to your doc or have them contact him. Keep in mind that most doctors are still in the dark ages concerning VED. For years it was their main competition and so the medical community basically grew to hate it. Especially the IPP community. Sooooooooooo

Dr Hakky told me to fully inflate and then use the VED
