Partial erection when deflated

Postby turboplanet » Tue Jun 21, 2022 2:22 pm

I recently started cycling my implant and I am unable to fully deflate my penis. I am in a partial erection state all day as a result. My Dr recommended squeezing my penis while pressing the deflate button but is it does not do much.
My implant is a AMS 700

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fully deflate into a more flaccid state? Walking around with a partial erection all day is not comfortable.

It takes time getting used to it. Try inflating and deflating in hot tub/hot water. it eases up your scrotum for easy accessibility. Also I am not sure about AMS but hitting the deflate button and pressing the shaft down simultaneously makes it fully deflated(like what your doctor suggested) I had this issue first 2 weeks then I was able to do it better. Its also bit painful to deflate more than inflate. The issue is the deflate button is not being properly pressed ( you should try different ways - use right hand, left hand, from bottom and from top, move your deflate block a bit for more access. Hold the neck/tubes in one hand while you press the deflate button.. Not sure if it makes sense..

I assume you have an AMS 700 LGX like me, right? So the real answer is welcome to the rubber penis world. The things we do for sex. ;) It took nearly a year for my cylinders to soften and this with the softest ones on the market! So at first I wore clown pants to work, made me look like I had a very very VERY big fat pad instead of the obvious erection. Anyway they had no fly so down they went like a 9 year old to pee. I'm now 3 years last August and it's not an issue at all. It hangs down like I'm well blessed: noticeable but not scandalously so. Good luck, I'm confident that you can come up with something creative.

Yes, I have a AMS 700. I am wearing very large pants right now like you did since it sticks out.

Wish I could be of more help. Pushing my shaft back inside of me while deflating worked for maybe 20 minutes. I tried straps and tubes to hold it in place. Didn't work looked worse. Time was my only success. Just be sure to cycle as much as possible. Inflate till it hurts then squeeze your penis like popping a pimple. The more you stretch your cylinders the softer they become. I could not cycle for the first 4 months. So maybe you can shorten the stiffness to 6 months or less?

It's definitely expected that an implant penis will be larger in the deflated state than an unimplanted penis. What angle does it point to? 3 o'clock being straight out, 6 o'clock being straight down

Welcome to being bionic. Having a partial erection will be your normal now for a while. Try boxer briefs, they give support without being too constrictive. Good suggestion for hot bath/shower, that's how I can get deflated the best.

I find myself walking about with a semi-erect penis, hanging between 4:30-5! I find I can wear most clothing with boxer-briefs, laying my penis so it is snug to the left on my thigh. Sometimes the pressure against my pants causes a bit of pain near the tip, and there is a chafing feeling as my larger scrotum rubs against my inner thighs, but I find that using an oil helps make movements such as crossing my legs or getting in and out if a car easier.

I am still a bit concerned about wet swim trunks.

As said, it is important to deflate now and then as I find, and it could be my imagination, that sitting on harder surfaces may subtly inflate my penis fractionally. I am happy to hear that with regular use things might become more flexible!

Off subject a bit, my wife and I did try it out this week. The first attempt was exciting but no climax for either of us. At our age, even if I am erect, there are still adjustments and a learning curve. The second attempt was wonderfully successful for me, though it seemed to take forever reminding me I need to work on stamina for rest of me! It wasn’t as orgasmic for my wife. I don’t know if it was a slight loss in length or a loss of sensitivity in me that made it difficult to determine how deep I was or wasn’t penetrating. But know that we have gotten past the first hurdle I am sure we will find ghe secret for both of us!

I think if you will firmly squeeze penis for 5 or 10 seconds while pressing deflation button if that's what you need to do with your particular pump (mine dosent). Wait a couple minutes. Repeat once or twice or until you feel the cylinders are collapsed. Remember there's 2 cylinders inside so your penis so your penis will be beefier than before implant especially if you were a grower. I know this may sound like alot to do but I believe you will hang closer to you normal pre implant. Myself it's not worth the effort. It's all about what you are comfortable with. Have reasonable expectations your penis will never be like it was. For me a small price to pay for a hard cock. Hope this helps. Good luck.
