I have been suffering from Peyronie disease and erectile dysfunction for two years, now. I lost quite some of my length, do not respond that well to IPDE-5 and I had 10 "morning erections" in the last 6 month (using a vacuum daily to compensate).
I am going through Plasma rich in growth factor and shockwave as last conservative treatment. If it fails, I'll go for an implant. I read quite interesting papers about length and girth restoration (most from David J. Ralph and Giulio Garaffa).
Their modified sliding technique sounds promising and I wondered whether other surgeons in Europe (say, Osmonov) practice similar techniques. Any similar case? Who had a penile implant and shape restoration in Europe ?

Re: Sliding technique in Europe: which surgeon?
I have peyronies disease and lost 1 5/8 inches in length before I realized what was happening. Was impotent for 2 years before surgery. I've looked over the modified sliding by Garaffa and my opinion is no way jose.
I used extreme VED therapy before implantation with an LGX and regained most of my loss. Then after healing I continued using VED for 9 months and regained all of my loss. But once I stopped VED I lost 1/2 inch. That is where I'm still at 3 years later.

LGX 18cm+3cmRTE 8 / 8/18 by Docs Saracino , Prody of FL Disfigured by Implant. Married 31 years, Functionally impotent 2+ years. 4" day of surgery now 7" inflated after VED 6.5" without. Pump moved 12/4/18 by Dr Kata

I would not recommend the sliding technique... They literally cut your dick in half and hope that it will heal itself back together. The chance of losing your dick doing this sounds way too high to be worth it
Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

you should be doing daily traction with something like the penimaster pro for about 6 hours a day first.

Consult Dr. Rados Djinovic in Serbia.
I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.

Thank you all for your advices
@DougAnd: The thing is: my fibrosis is on the distal part; using a vacuum does not stretch it (looks more like a pear than a dick).
@LuisFernandez: I'm using a restorex on a daily basis
I'll see David Ralph by the end of the month and just contacted Rados Djinovic. Osmonov agreed to operate but I am not sure how sensitive to the length question he could be. One way or another, the the end on September, I'll have an op

I see in some of your posts the mention of RTE. What does it mean?
