Real flaccid look
Getting closer to the day but starting to worry about how my true flaccid look might be. Just don't want to spend the rest of my life with a constant erection. Getting the Titan maybe 24cm. What can I expect when fully deflated, will it still be straight out? Would like to see some pictures to but me at ease with this issue.
65 yrs old. Married 38 years to an awesome wife. Implanted on 8/4/2022 Titan 24cm XL. Dr Hakky. Loving the implant so far.

After the surgery your doctor will leave you inflated a certain amount until you start cycling your implant.
After which you can leave it inflated, or deflated to the degree you prefer, or that is comfortable to you.

After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.

It is not easy to conceal a Titan 22cm so if you get a 24cm don't sweat it just be proud!

Flaccid becomes comfortable when it softens up,you will have no problem.My left curve is now straight as an arrow with my Titan!

Hangs pretty natural. You will notice the fuller feeling. 6" erect 5.5"flaccid

This is my flaccid look deflated that is. I am on the small side so I would assume add few more inches for longer ones

I am def not hung. Maybe 7. Had my implant done 2.5 weeks ago. This is me as soft as I can get it. I need deflation help or much looser shorts

Titans, being made of a stiffer substance than AMS devices are going to be more evident. But the good news is that they soften after a while. "A while" being measured in months, not days or weeks.
