3 WK Follow up from my Doc

I actually took a valium prior since I didn't know what to expect.

He inflated and de-inflated.....it felt strange....looking back I think he should have let me do it on my own....since the inflating appartus is below the deflate appartus.

He tugged on my penis at the base and it brought me to my knees.,,,literally.

Initially he said he wanted me to come back in 4 wks and then he changed it to 2 wks......he said he didn't trust me to use it.

How has everyone else dealt with the skittishness of messing with it?

Did you get a "keyring" ... (customer demo model) ... you won't hurt anything feeling around to see what's what and where. If you are going to "mess with it" make absolutely sure you can locate and press the deflate button ...

The point was the button on the demo model is pretty much the same as the real thing ... and feels about the same too. So if you get the urge to check things out ... make sure you can locate the deflate button before you pump ... FYI: you didn't miss anything on the DVD ...

Well, I go to my uro/surgeon at 3:45 this afternoon to , hopefully, get his OK to start inflating and deflating and also, hopefully again, start USING IT....it's been a long, dry-spell and I'm ready for it and so is my wife! I feel like this is the start to having a great, new life ahead for us!!!

I did get the keyring. Right now my nuts are so swollen I couldn't tell what is in their. Can't locate anything. How long for swelling to go back down?

It will take weeks to go down completely ... Ibprofin is your friend (for swelling)

I am 17 days post surgery.........MOST of the swelling is down, but the site of the incision on my testicles still hurts......and I am having a difficult time finding and identifying the pump........is that normal??

My incision is above my penis on my lower abdomen. Different approach it seems.
