Hi everyone, I wanted to ask a question I hope to be able to make me understand, before being implanted, do you know when you have an erection that you are pumping blood by squeezing the buttocks and pelvic floor, that feeling of erection also occurs when you are implanted? or do you just feel all the sensations when you push that you are fucking?

I’ve only had my implant 4 weeks and a day but yes those same sensations are there. The first two weeks it hurt pretty bad to activate those muscles… and really got no response. Yep Frank, Directly after surgery there is alot of feelings going on and your brain and pelvis are not in perfect sync. But it all comes together and after healing it pretty much normal sensations happening.

No. When I'm not inflated oral does feel good, but I don't get hard from it. Inflated and during sex (oral or vaginal) my glans and size increases slightly from the arousal. After sex I can't get down to my now normal flaccid state for a while because of that. Usually a warm shower to get flaccid as it can go.
