I understand your pain. If I was in your situation I would 1. find out how to stack up $18-25k asap. 2. Visit/virtual meeting with top docs. 3. Seriously explore urofill as it seems to be the only option out there to safely potentially increase size (I don't endorse this as I have no experience with it).

I know its not easy. If you need to distract yourself while you work on the above then I would encourage you to 1. mediate 2. explore lucid dreaming 3. stay off the internet as much as possible.

There is always a next best step, know matter what situation you are in.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

You still have a lot of time.

Make getting the implant your goal. It's attainable through either insurance or savings. And it might not take as long as you might expect to get there.

Get the documentation of your ED together.

Yes, make a plan. Life isn't like the movies so don't let your emotions get the best of you. You have a problem that you want to fix so make it happen. First start by making it your goal to save the money you need and figure it out logically and practically. You can still walk and talk so life could be worse. But yes start by making a plan and go for it. Take care of yourself.

There's no question that ED from a young age is devastating.

I was 32 and feeling like I was just getting my shit together when ED hit. It has had a dramatically bad impact on my life in many ways.

My other suggestion for you is to stay away from women while you are focused on your plan for getting an implant. As you already know, an attempt at an intimate relationship most likely won't work because almost all women want a hard dick. Don't set yourself up for more pain.

If you are in the US or another country where the implant surgery is covered by most of insurance, you will need to get a job that provide insurance, even if it is not a low-paying job.
