Penis burning at 3.5 weeks

A question for the experts… I’m 3 1/2 weeks post penile implant surgery… 60% inflated for 2 1/2 more weeks to go. At various times during the day even if I’m not touching my penis which I’m not touching anything right now… Lol… I will get a burning sensation usually on the left side at the top or at the base… And sometimes on the right side… The Burning feeling subsides and does go away… And then returns… Still nerves coming down? Even a sheet resting against my penis can start the sensation. Perhaps the coating on the implant is burning me but if so why not all the time? Or, still just in the recovery phase? I don’t think it’s an infection setting in… I have no other symptoms… no fever.. no discharge… None of the typical infection symptoms… Any ideas? Thank you!

I had that after my implant. If my guess is right it's a reaction to the antibiotic impregnated on the cylinders. I never saw doc to diagnose it because COVID had just started at the time. Believe there is something they can order to relieve that if it is the issue. I used Asprecream to ease it, a small dab smeared along my shaft.

I had some burning where they placed my reservoir. It went away and I’m 8-9 months post implant and it’s 100% non existent.

I think it is normal. Mine burned for 4 weeks after implant till it was released form 80-90 % hard. Thought I was going to die. Do use baby socks as a protector guard? 9 months later I had an AUS installed on my urethra with another pump in my scrotum. That operation, my scrotum burned also. I thought I had frost bite from icing it down.
