Size after implant
I’m really considering an implant but am wondering, do all doctors do a stretch test first? Or are there other methods to determine the after implant pumped size?
75 years old. Was on Viagra and then Cialis but got fed up with the side effects. Switched to Tri-Mix 3 years ago but had increasingly reduce effect. Finally implanted 1/19/2023. Always looking for advice. Live in Illinois.

My doctor did not do a streatch test,he measured in surgery and got it right.I kept all my length and gained girth.
71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.

The stretch test only provides a very rough idea of implant-erect size. The important, critical measurements are taken in surgery where the surgeon measures the internal length of the cavernosum and crux, both sides. That's what matters. Some doctors don't even bother with stretch test.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.

I lost 1/2 inch and alot of girth. Not happy about it

Dr. Eid injects his patients with PGE, does a measurement of length and girth, and guarantees to maintain those pre-op measurements. Though it took me about 3 months of VED and cycling, I have exceeded those measurements.
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

I dont remember my doc doing the stretch test but he may have done it when i was knocked out. All went well and regained my length and a bit more girth.
55 yo Aussie. E.D all my life. Used Viagra for years but. Went on to Injections which worked well but very inconvenient and didnt work sometimes. Implanted Jan'18 with Titan one touch 20cm/ 1.5RTE by Pro Chung in Brisbane.

Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.
Inject testosterone weekly.

What if PGE doesn't really get you full anymore?

What if PGE doesn't really get you full anymore?
The injection is just for your own benefit, to get a reminder of what your size is approximately like. In reality, the implant size will be determined from whatever Dr Eid can fit inside you while on the operating table.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

67years,fighting ed for over twenty years. A sever break, vit E, pataba, Viagra, massage Ved cilas, and I'm tired- throwing in the towel, Op for implant Mar 18, 2021 AMS LGX 18 x12 + 1 3cm RTE, gained girth and length, very glad I took the hard step.
