Titan deflated size and look

I have read that AMS gives more natural feel when deflated but I have titan and it seems bit unnatural not that I am complaining but my issue or question is - Is this how it's supposed to look? Deflated looks like 10-25% inflated but its kind of soft. The penis is not touching the scrotum like hanging and looking all the way down. For life of me I am unable to deflated it further. I was already messed with it for 5 minutes. It's so painful. My deflation button is sideways and only if I use my left hand to deflate its bit tolerable.

Question for you guys
1. Does it look normal to you guys? Or I didn't completely deflate it?
2. The deflation button is sideways not right on top of bulb kind of turned and twisted I guess . Is it a problem or is it OK?
3. Any other suggestions and best practices for inflation and deflation during initial cycling stages and long term?

Sir, with all due respect, you just had surgery a few days ago. Everything is swollen and out of normal. It will take some months to get back to your new normal. You are now bionic, you have tubes in your penis that will never feel 100% natural...however in a few months, things will start hanging closer to normal- although likely larger than your previous flaccid state. .

I dunno - nobody but me and the dog ever sees me undressed so how I look is of no consequence. To me, I look pretty normal: I can't see that the implant makes much difference. My wife never looks, and vice versa -she dresses in the closet and I haven't seen her in the altogether in over 20 years. At nearly 80 who cares?

100% agree with the advice you are receiving here. Slow and steady. This was a big procedure and will take time to recover. The juice is worth the squeeze. Just don't rush it.
