Circumcision and implants, is it advised or indifferent?

Hi buddy, I saw many pictures on FT and it seems to me the majority of penis are circumcised. I guess because the majority of you are writing from US.

Does it matter? Have your surgeon ever mentioned any difference about being circumcised or not? Is it "advised" or completely indifferent?

The circumcision rates in the USA are rapidly falling. The peak age group hasn't hit the general ED age yet.

One point that might be relevant is that with an implant (particularly the AMS CX and Coloplast Titan) the penis is extended longer than its previously flaccid state (particularly if the man was a "grower" before implant).

A circumsized man's glans is exposed to friction from clothes at all times. As I understand it, an uncircumsized man's glas is shielded/protected from that friction, thus may be more sensitive to it when exposed either by erection or by the implant extending the length of the flaccid penis.

Putting those facts together, if a (uncircumsixed) man's glans, previously protected from irritation from friction is suddenly exposed to friction (by the implant causeing the glans to stick out from the foreskin more than before implant), it might be irritating.

This is a speculation, since I was circumsized as a baby, but I have read a few posts on the subject that give rise to these observations.

I was uncircumcised but I asked my surgeon to circumcise me and put in the implant. I have PE issues too and hoping this will help me delay a bit and make it nicer and cleaner. I have more pain in circumcision site than anywhere else
