What to wear

Postby iwantanewone » Thu May 26, 2022 1:04 am

Hey guys…Day nine thank God! I count every day that goes by… Well, so far I lay around naked and that’s what’s most comfortable… My question is in the next week or so if pain subsides and I want to go somewhere what do I wear? Can you put a 60% inflated penis in underwear and pants and a long shirt… How does it feel in underwear? Right now I wear underwire to support the boys when I’m up but in bed nothing.. too painful..but I cut a hole for the penis to stick through people talk about separtec but that kind of sticks Out and everything would stick out… Is it time to bend it up and just put it in briefs? I have to stay like this for six weeks… So I don’t think everyone is just staying home naked for six weeks… Any information on what you have done is appreciated

Not everyone waits 6 weeks for activation. Some start in as little as 3 days. I was just shy of 3 weeks. Some wait even longer at 8 weeks. Just depends on the doctor. And the man a bit.

You were bandaged up when you were sent home from the hospital. I would use that as a guide of how to wear things when you go out and about. I was in a jock when I woke up from surgery. My discharge instructions stated I did not need to tape or wear my penis pointed up at my belly button. When I started getting out I had mine pointing out to the right side. You can of course look in your discharge instructions to see if there is any info or contact your doctor. If you have an appointment before the 6 weeks the doctor or who ever sees you may deflate you a bit.

Good luck.

About day 4 or 5 I started wearing boxer briefs. Those are snug enough but not too confining. Let me penis hang down the left leg. I was left 60% inflated until week 5 1/2. At nighttime I found satin boxers were great for the first couple of months, let things slide where it wanted to go.

I woke up in recovery with my penis (wrapped in surgical gauze, or course) in a tight jock strap (athletic supporter) to keep my 80% inflated erection pointed up. Stayed that way through deflation and for a few weeks after.

Of course, even before surgery, I habitually wore my penis pointed up in briefs and still do to this day.

Letting healing scar tissue form supporting an upward-oriented erecion is optimal, I believe. Most non-E.D. men's erections, do, right?
