The cock 'draping' the implant

Did anyone early on find that their skin felt kind of saggy over the implant, i.e., it could be kind of stretched as if it were a long flaccid dick over a hard implant? I'm pumping now to maybe 80-90% full, maybe more - I don't know, and it has that kind of strange sensation like the skin is soft, draped over the implant. Feels kind of weird. My natural erection was always hard and the skin much tighter.

Perhaps something I get used to or a result of not fully inflating or stretching yet. Curious about other people's experience.

Mine was very stretched for the first 6-7 months, with very little movements. After that slowly became more loose like it was on my normal flaccid before RP. When inflated 80-90% skin gets really tight with no sliding up and down.

Mine was the same way but has tightened up over the year and half since surgery!

I'm wondering if this situation is caused by peripheral nerve damage which occurs during operation and is normal and does go away. According to academia, Peripheral nerves regrow at one inch a month, however antectoctally the improvement can be slower, from months to sometimes years and years, and sporadic, with people reporting sudden improvements at a later unrelated period.

Something like "Tru Niagen" may help, but clinical data is limited.

For me, it was the opposite.
I am uncut, and skin felt dry. Never felt this way, even after a year. Now I need to use lube, so I know what you cut guys feel like have to lube up every so often just whacking off !!!

early on I felt the same way. felt like skin just slid up and down so i had no outside friction feeling. It just went away. Was it all in my head?? I don't know but is is great now.
