Re: Which manufacturer has a longer lifespan

In 2017, Dr Eid told me that the implants have comparable service lives.

When analyzing the statistics on failures reported here, remember that failures are reported a lot more often than successes (implants with no problems have users who tend to drift off of FrankTalk but users with problems come here for help and advice).

The skill of the surgeon and the patient's adherence to medical advice (I suspect) have a much greater effect on service life and patient satisfaction than device malfunctions or defects, but a large margin.

I was told by both of my surgeons that in their experience, Titans are more durable and tend to last longer.
