I am 32 years old and I am mentally ill due to performance anxiety. I masturbated in my teens and quit masturbating after not performing with a girl and because of that I was a psychogenic. In 2018, I tried to have sex with a girl but could not perform. Three months ago I masturbated to check my erection but it did not. I was very worried about that. Then I had my Doppler test and I found a leak in Venous. My EDV was over 10. Then my doctor injected me again with alprostadil full dose and it was 50% erection. The doctor prescribed me cialis. 15 days ago I used 5 mg cialis daily which gave me 100% erection most of the time at night. I have been leaving Cialis for a week now. Now I get 90-100% erections through stimulation and I'm masturbating twice a day for 5-10 minutes without cialis.
Is my Doppler or alprostadil injection accurate?
What should I do now?
Can I have sex with a girl?
How is my condition Is it really Venous Leakage or Psychogenic ED?
Need your advice.
My condition has changed from 0% to 80% in the sense of masturbation. But I couldn't find the problem.

I think so but due to over masturbation in a week I'm so much tired. I need energy and then will try to better 20 percent. But due to performance anxiety I am under confident to try sex with a girl. If I couldn't perform, there is chance that I will depress again.
