Anyone else suffer nerve damage and now hard for you to finish?

Ive had 4 surgeries now and I'm now seeing that during sex I have no sensation really- for me to get off now days its all psychological where as before ED it used to be from sensation. Anyone else have this happen to them? If so has your sensation returned ever.

I can’t feel anything during sex either, can’t even feel my penis in my trousers. Glans has no sensation at all. I think this is the same issue I had even before I got the implant because I never really healed from an injury I had.

So sad to hear that you have lost sensation. I have no loss of sensation, just much better control (because I no longer need to hurry before I lost the erection). Sounds like they must have hit a nerve - Did you also have prostate surgery?

I feel for you, as I don't think I could bear that. At least you know you can keep your wife / lover pleased.

I have a lott of damage from an RP. My glans doesn't engorge some times , But, a sweet pair of lips on it and I have lots of feeling. OMG it feels so good.

Not implanted but I only have mild pleasurable sensation down there, I've had time to get used to it though. I think if I got implanted I'd just be glad to be able to satisfy my partner and have an erection on-demand, but that's just me
