Day 0: Woke up late hungry but can't eat. Need to be on empty stomach. Check in at 10 am ( currently on the way to the hospital. Surgery at 12 noon. It's about time can't go back. Gotta do it. Anxious but excited. Worried but excited about possibilities.

It was supposed to be 10 am surgery but somehow moved to noon. Almost there I tell myself. Hang in there I convince myself.

Sorry for the late update. Day 0 was bad more than pain it was the effect of anesthesia made me anemic and groggy. Didn't feel like anything other than sleeping. I also had circumcision which pained more than implant. Now I know why people get it done for new borns.born.. it stings like crazy. I went without food for 36 hours! All I did was sleep. And taking meds. Hospital staff were nice and patient. Next update day 1

Day 1: Much better and hungry. Had good breakfast. Doctor and his assistant came to unwrap the present took out catheter and blood drainer. Pained like crazy . Took IV pain med. Eased off the pain. Everything looked good and nice. Doctor showed how to pull it down still don't understand it clearly but I know I need to do it so it doesn't heal up and make it difficult. Trying my best. It hurt like hell when the nurse did it but getting better now. Couldn't pee for long that added to the discomfort. Finally took for a walk and drank lots of water and finally peed like Manneken Pis then had good lunch didn't know hospital food tastes that good!! Took final IV antibotic and just returned home. All looks good so far. Feeling bit better mentally and physically. Doctor asked me to take hot shower tomorrow and hot bath on friday.. need to remember to keep pulling down ( how do I know i am doing it right scary part is not to activate the ex machina! But doctor did compress it to 70%
Not sure what happens if it's activated

And well I am not endowed but who cares guess over a period of time it expands a bit with all the aggressive cycling and gain some girth atleast
