So it's been a little over 7 weeks. I tried my first masturbation at 6 weeks to test everything is fine before having sex for the first time.
Masturbation was fine but the first time i ejaculated has a tingling sensation, was fine after that.
So on the first attempt of sex the blowjob was not very enjoyable because it started to hurt with even a little teeth or rough play in hand job.
Coming to the sex part, there was no problem with the firmness. However since i lost a lot of girth my wife didn't feel the same amount of "mass" in her as before. So a person with whom you had sex earlier would definitely notice the difference in girth. So the sex wasn't quite as I expected it would be, we decided to give a shot 2 weeks later, may be my body needs more time to adapt to it.
So there are some cons I'll mention based on my experience so far:
I'm still experimenting around with underwears and trousers to hide my constant erection. I've tried regular xxyx underwear at home, but when going to work where i wear formals and usually tuck my shirt in, i have to wear a super tight underwear and I've to go to bathroom every few hours to set it free as it gets so squished up inside.
Same with my workouts, can I workout jump around? Yes with 2 underwears to keep things super firm and avoid embarrassing situation at gym, can't wear polyester gym track pants and tshirts which stick to body anymore, thick cotton track pants and oversized tshirts which are below my butts, however again after an hour need to rush back home to change into something more comfortable.
The shape of the penis is no longer truly cylindrical it's more flat tubular. Trying to depict this in a diagram.

I guess this is a down side of no memory implant which has a constant tendancy to spring back in middle and that's why it feels the constant pressure of pushing down with the underwear.
I'm hoping things would be normal soon and this entire ordeal was worth while.
