I seem to be a “ tweener”. I can get fully erect with viagra but I have to finish the deed fairly quickly or risk loosing the erection. This is as much physical as it is psychological. My Peyroines curve is a little better these days and I can still have penetrating sex. However it’s not ideal but it’s still sex. My erections are inconsistent. Sometimes decent size other times super tight and small. So given the above many doctors would not find that I meet the full criteria for an implant since I’m still capable of penetration with meds. However, putting the curve, the pills and the tendency for PE behind me sure sounds attractive.
So to the implanted brothers here if you were a tweener as I’ve described here would you still go for an implant???
Would you, or wouldn’t you?

hi musson, I get an excellent erection with 160/170 sildenafil citrate o28 / 30 mg vardenafil, I can have sex even for 12/15 minutes but I can't change position, anal, slow down otherwise I lose erection, I can have sex even 20 minutes and 2 positions with delay spray or dapoxetine, but dapoxetine cannot be used often otherwise the ED gets worse, in any case in the end I lose erection, I go to paid girls and I'm tired of not being able to fuck them as I would like, young and beautiful girls that I pay to fuck them as god commands instead I have to be satisfied, apart from all the preparations and the anxiety of how the pill will work this time, I would like to be able to not give them injections, I decided to make the implant and bang all these beautiful ones properly girls
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

Re: Would you, or wouldn’t you?
I'm in the same place you are with all this. So many guys on this forum have similar issues. I'm 63 years old and have suffered with this for years. I started taking Viagra in my mid forties and it worked great for years. As i aged I noticed that I needed more (150mgs) to make things happen. Then I started losing my erections as soon as I got them. Up and Down it would go. It was so frustrating to enter my wife only to lose my erection soon after. I tried a few things for help, PRP shots, shockwave treatment but to no avail. I'm not going to do the Trimix shots.
So, I have decided to go with an implant. But I am still concerned. After reading so many post on this forum some bad, but mostly good, has helped me make my decision. My main reason for going with an implant, is that, I know as I age this problem will not get any better only worse. If I want to have a sex life with my wife going forward, then the implant is my only option. So my surgery is scheduled for July 7th. Wish me luck.
Oh, by the way I sent a similar post earlier but it didn't go through.

Only you can answer your question, but after I got the implant, my wife said I should have skipped the pills and injections. I started pills when I was around 62.

The first surgical consult I got was with a urological surgeon who does a lot of implants but he told of one he regretted doing.
It was on a fairly fit man (military pilot, who HAVE to be fit) who would have been a ideal candidate for Viagra. Unfortunately, Viagra had not yet been released (or even on his horizon). So, the man got an implant a few months before Viagra was available. Almost 20 years later he (the surgeon) still feels badly for that decision, though it was the best opotion at the time. But just a couuple of months would have meant a huge difference to his patient.
An implant virtually destroys any rfemaining erectile function, rendering you 100% impotent but for the erection the implant provides. And the implant erection is not perfect. But it is pretty good.
If you are willing to lose what erectile function you have now, you can go for the implant. There is no miracle cure on the horizon (that we know of).
The chance that you will lose your own erectile function with an implant is 100%. The chance that the implant will give you erectile function is very high (failure rate is very low).
I rolled the dice because I calculated the odds were good and I hade very little erectile function to lose. All sex was oral except for the rare penetration which never lasted more than a minute or two.
I miss giving my girlfriend the joy of a rising penis when she touches me. So does she. But the trade-off for an erection that is reliable and durable is worth it.
Getting an implant is like a man with bad ankles who can hobble through a 20 minute mile but is offered prosthetic feet that allow hi to run a 5 minute mile. But if they fail, puts him in a wheelchair.-until he gets new prostheses. I was that 20 minute miler with complete failure looming on the horizon, so I opted for the prosthesis. I do not regret it.
You seem to be able to do maybe an 8 minute mile. Is your condition bad enough that you would not be willing to go back to it even if the implant completely failed? If there is nothing to go back to, your decision is simple. If you are unsure about making this irreversible choice, you may not be quite ready.

I did cialis for a long time. I took the plunge to bionic last summer. I’m thrilled with the ability to go as long as my heart is beating. My wife loves the extra girth and the prolonged erections very much. Go for it you won’t be disappointed.

Re: Would you, or wouldn’t you?
By the time I first met with my doctor, I was rarely able to get and/or maintain a hard on sufficient for sex.
And my doctor told me he wasn't surprised because it was normal for the pills to lose their efficacy.
What I'm getting at is that your ED won't stay at this place. From what my doctor said and what I've read on this forum, it will continue to deteriorate.
I was at the point of desperation. And when my doctor introduced me to the option of an implant, I knew immediately that was what I wanted. And I would have gotten it years earlier if I'd known about it.
For me, the implant is the best treatment for my ED. I was at the point you were years ago, and I would have jumped at the chance then to get the implant had I known about it.

If I had known about IPPs when I was 20, I would have gotten one then.
Now I can relax and enjoy sex. Before implantation I was always in a panic that I would lose the erection before satisfaction!
