Hmmm...interesting. I looked up the implant. I wonder why its not here in the US.
It is actually a 3 piece, where as the US 3 piece is actually 4 pieces since there are 2 tubes involved.
Found it:
Availability: Zephyr penile implants are not available in the USA and ZSI is not currently seeking FDA approval. At this time, those wanting a ZSI implant will need to travel to Canada, Europe, Cuba or South America, where they are available.
