How subtle can you pump? And limits on type of sex?

If each pump takes a second. 10 pumps hard enough to penetrate. 10 more, quite hard. 10 more, usually these aren’t full pumps, extremely hard. Someone mentioned, “hard enough to fuck a Buick”!

I usually use 20 pumps, 20 seconds of pumping. I’m not fucking a Buick.

Can you do this during foreplay without her noticing? Right now I can excuse myself to the washroom and inject in 30 seconds - or before she arrives. I realize of course an implant allows you to have sex multiple times a day so there's that huge benefit.

As an aside, are there positions you have to be careful of or avoid (higher risk of damage to the implant). Is rough sex a no no? Being single, 40, and in a profession that appeals to
Women I fortunately have tons of opportunity - but right now without being to take advantage for the most part it's more like torture.

Why bother trying to hide it? I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of reports of women who dislike sex with their implanted man.

In my experience, women respond to honesty and trust.

It's just my personal preference and that won't change. If I wanted to be honest and upfront I could be with injections too. What I'm trying to evaluate is which is easier to hide and im not sure

Your choice. In my experience keeping a secret is a drain on the energy of a long-term relationship, if you want one.

The advice you have gotten so far is escellent. Start out 25% to 50% inflated and you just appear to be slightly aroused. Not enough to apear to be a pervert. just interested (and interesting).

One man posted a couple years ago that he has one of his pants pockes cut out so he can pump up a little at a time easily, even in public.

When sex becomes closer, while she is disrobing (or you are disrobing her) a free hand can put a pump or two in surreptitiously.

Of course, while performing cunnilingus (if you come up from betweeh her knees), pumping up without her observing is easy. If you are going down on her from above, she might be able to see your scrotum and your hand squeezing.

DE-flating could be more difficut, I opine. So I wonder how you explained keeping an erection after ejaculation? With an implant you can deflate easily enough (with most installations - some men have trouble in this area, but with my implant, once I press the deflate button, my erection subsides very much like a normal refratory phase).

How did you explain keeping an erection past ejaculation, and for hours? Or did you convince the women that you were just a unique specimin of man?

You ain't seen nothin' yet.

Some time in the future there will be self-inflating prostheses. Manufacturers are working on how to do that now. An implanted battery with electric pump and contolled perhaps by a smartphone or a controller device either implanted just under the skin or hand-held.

Press a button and the erection comes up without any need for hand manipulation of a pump in the scrotum (no hardware in the scrotum at all).

any idea how close these are to a reality? I have heard similar things - bluetooth operated

As for the other question, the girls would always look but wouldn't say anything about the erection post ejaculation. Some would ask if I took a viagra given how long I could go, and others would comment on how quickly I got hard. But I've never had a relationship so never had to have the convo.

The injections do work....which is why this is a tough call. I'd like to have a natural way of life. If she wants sex twice in day, I'd like to be able to do that. I'd like to travel and not worry about keeping the meds on ice. And given I'm single, theres been tons of missed opportunities as I don't always have the meds on me. If (and a big IF), the implant works well and I don't suffer major malfunctions, I think I would be able to have a relationship. Sex would def be nice, but the end goal would be a relationship where she doesn't have to compromise .

My penis looks entirely natural but for its cross-sectional shape. My erection was round before implant but now is oval-shaped. The two implant tubes are round and clearly side-by-side where my tunica albuginea shaped around my urethra and formed themselves into a shape resulting in a rounder total cross-section.

lifelong wrote:As an aside, are there positions you have to be careful of or avoid (higher risk of damage to the implant). Is rough sex a no no?

When I was first researching implants, I observed that at least half the pictures I saw of implant erections had the penis perpendicular to the man's body. And ramrod-straight. Looded a bit odd to me. When I was young, my erection came close to my belly and had a gentle upward curve My implanted penis still have that upward curve, but now my belly comes close to my erection. But my erection still points up rather than perpendicular to my body's centerline.

So, I conclude that some implant installations wind up with a penis' angle not quite natural and MIGHT make certain positions more awkward than others.

On the other hand, every man's penis is different (and every woman's preferences as well), so I opine that if you do find some positions less desirable than those same positions were before implant, you will not mind much, if at all. You may find other positions that were awkward before have become more enjoyable.

In short, I doubt you will find any issue with sexual positions.

Off-topic, if you will permit me to ask:

I wonder what sort of profession would introduce you to a stream of younger, willing women. When I was in my 40s, I would have envied that sort of access. Sounds like a good plot for a movie. Or a saleable memoire to pad your retirement.

Knowing that most women (of my acquaintance) develop "attachments" to a man they sleep with with any regularity, having an "exit strategy" so you do not leave a trail of broken hearts and vengeful women would be useful. Do you have one? For example, do you select women who are certain to leave you (tourists from other countries, perhaps)?

Lost,

You raise an excellent question at the end and I have to agree so level of attachment is inescapable. Although my best days are now behind me, I can only say what mitigates the danger is honesty. Honesty about marital status, and long term intentions. I have also biased my earlier efforts to (unhappily)married women, living out of town. Not at all a foolproof strategy but it kept my less than stellar marriage limping along. Divorce was not an option for us due to unique issues with the children. I muddled through with the extracurricular activity to cope with the subpar marriage and mild sex addiction.

Thanks for the insightful responses.

My current erect state will point at about 120 degrees - so upwards for sure. I do notice many implants don't reach 90 and was concerned about this being so different from what I'm used to. Mind you, some sexual positions can be painful with my current angle so maybe it'll be a good thing, not sure. That's interesting yours curves upwards - do you mean it angles upwards? I thought the shape would be straight and only the angle changes

Injections also make it more oval than round so I'm used to this. I find cialis helps round it out a bit more.

profession: medical field. let's leave it there.

today's women are not yesterday's. Women are more sexually aggressive and less attached than ever. My last sexual encounter was actually with a girl I liked (would have liked to have dated) but she only wanted to have sex and was quickly done with me. I believe this is the norm now.
I'm seen by outsiders as an alpha male - this attracts females looking for "hook ups". I'm not bragging, it's fucking torture. I'm purposely more detached (and admittedly more of an assole) just to avoid this. But dealing with attached females isn't much of an issue - as I've mentioned the injections and my ED have never allowed me to truly be intimate with someone (longest relationship was maybe 7 visits). I didn't mind at first.....but now that I'm 40 and maybe getting soft, I wouldn't mind a real girlfriend you know?
