This is what concerns me. I see at the end of your post a possible suicide warning and a cry for help. I take this very seriously as a very close friend died by suicide and this is so traumatic to his entire family, friends, and everyone that knew him. we will never get over the loss of our friend. I understand depression, frustration, and anxiety and I would not want you to become a person that died by suicide and I can assure you the people that love you would never recover from this either. As long as you are alive and breathing there is always hope and I think a cure for your psychological issues and your ED issues. If you are no longer on this earth there is no hope. Please PM if you want to but please fight the fight and get yourself taken care of.

I would strongly suggest you put a post on FrankTalk asking if someone in your area knows a good surgeon and call that surgeon. If they say they don’t take medicade call someone else. Call any urologist in your area and tell them what you need and ask if they know someone that can help you. Just call and call and call until someone points you in the right direction.

Most importantly stay ALIVE And stay well!

I think if you take action and try some suggestions that I made someone will lead you on the path. It is not easy but it can be done. Get strong, make calls, talk to everyone and you will find a way!

Not sure what your background is... if you've tried oral medications and injections or not. If so and they didn't work for you I think the path is clear. You need to start looking for a reputable implant surgeon and schedule a consultation. Don't wait another day to start moving in a positive direction.
Regarding your question about a penile ultrasound, most urologists offer this exam. Do you not have a current urologist?

I know that other guys here can help you figure what the steps to you getting an implant are. You got approved for Medicaid, so that’s a step in the right direction.

I envy those of you who at least got to function for a bit before the venous leak or whatever ruined your function.

I never got to have an active sex life.

Hey buddy dont lose hope. I am exactly in your same situation(except the financial point so I understand where you are coming from). I am 40 years old closer to your age and I never had any good sex my entire life. I have gone through similar anxiety, depression etc. Until your situation improves( financially) try other means - Use strap on, use foreplay techniques to please the woman. Dont lose confidence. You are a man no matter what. Dick should not rule you. You should rule it. Figure out other options. If there is a woman who loves you for who you are thats what matters. Keep trying. I just don’t know what to do at this point. Severe ED all my life. 41 years old now and haven’t had penetrative sex in 18 years. Think I’ve lost my mind at this point.

Recently got approved for Medicaid cause I’m poor due to shit mental health. How do I even go about getting the Doppler test performed? I live in Kansas City, MO & no one around here seems to do it.

The doctor that did my repair at KU Med is very good. His name is in my signature below. But like anyone who is good there is a bit of a wait to get in to see him. I am near Wichita and 3 hours from you. Sorry I am not a mental health counselor but I can help you with the implant and if you need I can drive up and help. Or if you want I can just drive up and we can talk. As long as you have records or trying oral meds and injections and it not working it should be enough to get the implant. I have never had any tests other than a pee test by any urologist I have seen. They just use treatment(pills, and injections) and if those don't work it is implant. If you would like to talk or maybe have me drive up send me a pm and I'll get you my phone number. There is a stretching exercise you can do to help untill you can get your implant. And I could even drive up and take you to appointments if you need someone to do that. I was just in the hospital for some other medical problems but I can work my doctor appointments around what I need to. Just let me know.
