Popping sound in cynlinders while doing 'the exercise'

Postby Blankloads69 » Tue May 10, 2022 8:16 pm

Ive been doing the exercise described by Dr Perito on Youtube where I grab the base of the shaft while fully inflated and pull left, right, up down twice and then add more pumps. I noticed that sometimes I'll feel and hear a popping/cracking sensation/sound while doing it. Is that just scar tissue breaking up or does that indicate a problem with the cylinder?

Sounds like a question for the Patient Liaison (employed by the manufacturer at no cost to you for asking questions) or for your surgeon.

Is it more that you hear it or feel it?

When were you implanted?

Perito says that's normal. It's not the implant cracking but your own tissues breaking up and allowing more room for the cylinders to expand. It's a good thing.

I've watched Peritos videos on this and am in two minds on whether or not to try it...

firstly, I have been undersized, the cylinders don't go into the glands and I have a floppy head when not aroused. Luckily i still get engorgement so it isn't an issue when aroused. I have never really felt the cylinders stretching and haven't seen any increase in size whilst cycling over the last 10 weeks.

I guess my questions are:

Is there any likely hood you could cause damage to the cylinders doing the exercise?
How much such you bend the penis?
If I am undersized, is there actually any point in doing the exercise?

Note - I am not looking for a revision right now as insurance wont cover it and i am reasonably happy with what i have.

Thanks
Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

I also don't want to try that exercise. I don't want to go into such a risk for (probable) few millimeters. I saw the video and can see that Perito bends the cylinders strongly, which is not something I want to do. No other implant surgeon supported this exercise. If something happened to my implant, I am the only one to be blamed. This is just my 2 cents.
