It can be done in any case where penile shortening is present but it is a very risky procedure, especially in diabetic men or who had radiotherapy for prostate cancer. Read this article.

That to me just looks like complication written all over it. Worst case scenario, you could end up losing your penis entirely from issue with poor blood supply to the cut tissues. Don't know if I would ever be that desperate to have an implant done.

The day after my 1st surgery, I looked up the Drs. on YouTube and the surgeries. Let's just say after 3 min. into the vids, it was not my thing to observe. I started getting woozy. But my Bud can look at it, lol. He did not see what the problem was with looking at it...more power to him!
