Lack of engorgement

Postby sonnyjim » Sun May 08, 2022 5:28 am

There are two issues I experience with the implant.

1) When I am on my own, masturbating, with concentration I can get past 6.5 inches but during sex it doesn’t seem all that ‘engorged’ and I am barely 6 inches.

2) The lack of sensation I have is a big problem, I can’t finish during sex and feel unsatisfied, the only way I can ejaculate is if I am on my own and even then sometimes it takes a long time.

What else can I do to make these things better? Or do I just have to live like this feeling unsatisfied now?

How long ago was your surgery?

I didn't have consistent good sensation while jerking off or fucking until over four months after my surgery.

I don't recall when I was aware of engorgement, but I experience it both when jerking off and fucking.

It’s been about 2 years, I think.

Yes, I had these problems before the implant. It’s mainly due to the lack of sensation that nothing engorges properly and I can only really achieve my full size if I’m on my own.

That's what I miss about Trimix, great engorgement of glans and spongiosum. Now, after implant, sildenafil and a cock ring help some.

I’ve tried Cialis at the highest dose and that does not work either. Even when I used trimix my glans does not engorge it only seems to engorge if I am on my own masturbating for a long time. But then if I stop, it goes back down.

Does this take pleasure away from sex, for the woman ?

As someone who isn't implanted forgive me if i sound ignorant but isn't the implant still a considerable step up on what you had before? To have even considered coming this far your ED must have been pretty severe.
29 years old. ED caused by CPPS/HF-like symptoms since coming off antidepressants in 2012. Taking Cialis 5mg every other day and undergoing pelvic floor physiotherapy.
