Yes women feel the difference. I can testify to this. The glans are important when it comes to sensation- and if the glans are skinny then there is no connection really in the vagina therefore not allowing us to get more blood for erection. You most like engage your glans when masturbating so that’s why it gets larger. I’ll be honest women have been unsatisfied with me since I got my implant except maybe like two females who were more petite and tight.
The only help would be a cock ring to trap blood but even then it’s not promised.

I have pretty much same before and after implant. Just harder with implant.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

I don't know if I feel disgusted reading this... that's how I get implanted and manage to maintain my size I will never be able to satisfy a woman in a correct form

could be any number of things but i can think of a far more likely explanation mate
29 years old. ED caused by CPPS/HF-like symptoms since coming off antidepressants in 2012. Taking Cialis 5mg every other day and undergoing pelvic floor physiotherapy.

As someone who has not yet been implanted and just recently started injections, I was curious about the engorgement for you implanted guys. Am I to understand that most implanted guys are able to attain engorgement? Or is that just dependent on the guy?

Interesting topic. I am scheduled for implantation later this year and it'll be a bummer for sure if I am one of the unlucky ones who suffers afterward from lack of engorgement or, especially, an inability to orgasm. What I am hearing though is that it gets better over time. Despite the risks, I'm going forward. Anything will be better over what I have now.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

Has anyone else had complaints from people you’ve slept with that they have pain inside the vagina ? Could it be that the cylinder tips are pressing into something ? I am not sure if that’s possible but it is something I wonder about, especially if the glans not engorged that much.
