I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.

What is the name if the surgeon?
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

I wonder if you can retain sensitivity, lifting the neurovascular bundle usually causes nerve damage resulting in loss of sensation.

It looks like a very painful cycling periode after surgery
-1993
-Erection problems since 4 years
-I did jelqs and it is posible I injuried, but I hace to say that ED episodes began before I did jelq.
-Having sex with 30mg of tadalafilo

Very interesting video. Last I heard of auxetics was for development of new age shock absorption material for heavy aircraft. Never thought I'd see it be used in this setting.

Bless the pioneering patients who did the first of these, true bosses. Watching the degloving was hard, but if its effective then its effective.

You planning on reaching out to this doctor?

I am planning to meet Dr. Giulio garaffa. He does the sliding technique but given that I am young he might refuse to do this procedure on me.

30 yrs old. Current IPP failed in 2022. Waiting revision. No insurance. I’ve had both Titan & AMS.

I’d be careful did a research on that doctor and this popped up.
