Implant on a penis with corporal fibrosis

Postby ScrewedbyDoctors » Thu May 05, 2022 8:14 pm

I'm scare to death about having an implant because I have corporal fibrosis due to a Piraprism of 4 hours after a Trimix injection. I read articles of implants to guys with severe fibrosis and the chances of infection and bad outcomes are higher I probably need to do extra surgery like incision/grafting that will reduce my sensitivity greatly, so basically if I have an implant the risks are high and I could end up with an insensitive penis. I have such a extreme bad luck, how a guy like me that had a big dicks with endless stamina ended up having an extremely destroyed dick with no hope.
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

As I’m sure a lot of others will chime in, just use a quality high volume implanter, I know it’s the go to answer, but, an experienced implanter will have dealt with similar situations and can fix it whatever they run into during surgery. Volume does matter!
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong

All I can tell you is my experience. I had severe Peyronie's and a resulting plaque mass covering 2/3 of the dorsal side of my dick, with a better than 60 degree curve. I got my implant 14 months ago and it was 100% successful. Granted my surgeon had to do a lot of extra work to break up the plaque, but he did it well. I am ramrod straight with a steel hard boner that's there for as long as I want. So, in the hands of a good surgeon, yes, you can get an implant, and a great sex life.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Steve, did you have other surgeries like incision/excision or grafting?. Did you lose girth or lenght?. How is your sensitivity?

I came out of surgery the same size I went in. I lost a great deal of length and girth over the years prior to implant due to Peyronie's and the resulting ED. No other surgeries, but during implant surgery, doctor had to do extensive work to break up the plaque mass, and it still took three attempts to get the cylinders placed, but he did. My sensitivity is no different than it was before surgery, and orgasms are still difficult to obtain, which didn't change with the implant. Since getting the implant I have had the most incredible, satisfying sex of my life.
