My nerve symtpoms align with HF but theyre a lot more severe than thee typical hf case. I also have an hourglass. I am more than ready to get an implant, mentally. But I want to ask if the hourglass or pudendal nerve issues are going to serve as restrictions for me.
I look forward to any advice, experiences, or wisdom shared.
Thank you

I don't really know anything about prudendal nerves, but the implant totally overcame my hour glassing and severe Peyronie's curve.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Apparently it is. Some people had it
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

I believe the hourglassing with HF is caused by the smooth muscle of the corpora cavernosa tightening up, the same smooth muscle which gets dilated/destroyed to make room for an implant, so I don't think it would be a problem. As for the pudendal nerve issues though I can't really say, I think it would be better to ask an experienced implant surgeon.
29 years old. ED caused by CPPS/HF-like symptoms since coming off antidepressants in 2012. Taking Cialis 5mg every other day and undergoing pelvic floor physiotherapy.

I had bad hourglassing and peyronie's. Implant fixed both.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

My ED is due to pudendal nerve damage.
My implant is, by far and away, the best treatment I have gotten for it.
