Hey everyone, I'm posting because I am a bit confused on what to do in my journey next. My story is explained in my previous posts if anyone is interested or has questions regarding.
Basically, what has happened in the past month is that I have gained access to injections, as it was the next logical step to try after oral meds failing completely. I was initially injected by an uro with a starting dose of 2,5 mcg alprostadil(sadly there was absolutely no effect)(also to mention, there is only alprostadil in my country - no Trimix, Quadmix, etc), so my plan from now on is to slowly start to up the dose and see if something works.
However, I'm already thinking about an implant, because I just don't see injections as a long-term solution(if they work at all for me). After doing some research, I have found that the best surgeon option for me would be Dr. Ralph in London, as he is lauded as among the best in Europe, plus there would be no communication issues between us as I speak good English. Luckily for me, my family can afford the cost of the initial operation. The problem is that I am unsure of what step to take next. I kind of want to get in touch with him and immediately start the process of planning for an implant, because that is the only thing that would give me peace of mind currently - such is the nature of this problem that I cannot make any future plans for my life without adressing my ED first.
If someone has prior experience with Dr Ralph(I'm sure a lot of people here have), I'd much appreciate it if you explain how you got in contact with him and started the whole process. Can I book something like an initial online consultation with him? Is it free? Or do I have to fly to him in order to meet him in person? Will he consider me as a candidate seriously if I still haven't given injections a good go?
I am just too confused on how to start - I'm sure it will be a hard and lengthy journey. I would appreciate any advice and guidance. Feel free to PM me as well. Thanks in advance

the video consultation with doctor ralph costs 300 pounds, about 360 euros or 400 American dollars, I would like to operate on him for reasons of competence / cost / and guarantees that in Italy are ridiculous, but I do not know English and it would be a serious problem for me

Frank, I think you should consider that perhaps Dr. Ralph speaks at least a little of a second language. Maybe you might speak a little of the same one. Your medical appointment might happen using a little of French and/or German. Here in the USA, druggists offer a phone service. They can call a translation company on the phone & be able to talk with an interpreter. Its amazing the number of languages that those companies can provide.

Gt1956 I answered the email that does not speak Italian, I only speak Italian, I asked hakky if he operated in Europe and he only replied to Atlanta, eid is too expensive for me otherwise I would have no doubts

Frank, sounds like you tried your best. Perhaps a translation service is avaiable for you to use? As I said. This service is available here. But I do not know how well the service is. Lots of immigrants in England. I suspect that you are not the first non English speaker to need medical care there.
Good luck.
Good luck.

So I contacted the e-mail that is given for him at the page for University College hospitals London(which is apparently an NHS hospital). I got an e-mail from his PA at "King Edward hospital" offering me an online consultation. I just now saw that he operates at several hospitals. Does it matter which hospital I choose to be operated at? If so, which should I choose? Is there a chance that if I make the wrong choice I'm operated by a random NHS surgeon trained by him?
Any advice would be appreciated

If you go private he will operate personally at king edward hospital,.If you get referred to him through the nhs i think it could be somewhere else with him overseeing it , but i'm not sure on that one, i went private which is quicker and he performed the opp.

hello artful todger, can I ask you the total cost of the operation and the guarantees if it includes both the device and the operation or just one of the 2? and for how many years the warranty lasts
