Surely - you are bound to get a variety of answers on this.

My spouse and I used the pumping as foreplay. BUT, now that the tides are reversed, it takes her longer to be ready than it does me. So foreplay is more about concentrating on her and preparing for entry. I'm 12-15 pumps and 30 seconds from flaccid to oak tree hard and ready for penetration.

Nice thing about implants is that if your partner want to play with it as a "squishy toy", it is not going to disappoint by getting all stiff and spoiling the fun.

Also, the stiffness (and to a certain extent) the size is adjustable at will. If your fully-inflated penis is too big for her mouth, you can leave a little slack.
