Just curious whats the world record among Bionic brothers :lol:

Did it negatively impact by any means?
How much did you inflate( in terms of %)
40 yrs old. Have ED and PE all my life. Never had penetrative sex all my life. Tried almost all kinds of options( pills, injections, natural therapies etc. Turned Bionic on May 17'22 with Titan by Dr.Karpman infrapubic approach.16cm+2 RTE

I checked the 6-8 hour box. After a lengthy sex session, I went to sleep and woke up hours later needing to pee, still fully inflated. No negative outcome at all. If I had been in the mood, I was 100% ready for a pre-dawn fuck.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Wow thats amazing Steve.. How comfortable is it to sleep with commando mode? like turning and twisting.. I am sure you cannot sleep facing down.. Nothing like you lady giving morning BG( no more morning wood but all time wood :mrgreen: :twisted:

I sleep naked, generally on my side. I guess I was comfortable since I slept soundly. It's fun waking up with a boner like the olden days.

I also wonder if prolonged erection/inflation reduces the longevity of the implant and possibility of failure.. its like keeping the TV on for long time..

They sent me home inflated. So I'm on day 6 and have never deflated yet.

Two weeks... First (lying asshole) surgeon went on vacation. His assistant pumped me up and couldn't deflate me. VERY uncomfortable..... I've slept inflated many many nights....
Age 74 . RP Oct 2010, No erections afterwards Four Titan implants: 2013, 2014, 2017, 2021 . Coloplast Genesis malleable installed February 2025 All Dr Perito except (botched) first implant.

100% inflated - stone hard. Wife and I had sex for several hours then fell asleep. Woke up next morning still fully erect (but achy). Deflated it and an hour later went back at it.

Longest left fully hard playing with wife is 6 hours.

At 6 hours I get achy, but if I deflate and wait 10 minutes I can start over again...
AMS700 CX 21cm with 3 RTE 4-2019 by Dr Natale - failed 5-2021. Revision 6-2021 with issue (scrotal hematoma and infection). Dr. Ryan Terlecki revision 3-28-2022 (AMS700 CX 21cm with 1.5cm RTE). Cylinder failure at 18 months. 24cm AMS700 CX 11-29-2023.
