What is the correct way of measuring stretched penis length?

Dear Friends, I am asking this question because my stretched penis length varies. When I am lying down; my stretched penis length is 12-12.5 cm. When I am standing up, my stretched penile length is 11 cm, and when I am sitting on a chair, my stretched penis length is only 9-10 cm. Now, I am confused about what is my correct stretched penile length? If I will get only 9-10 cm long penis after the implant, I will definitely not accept the implant and I will go for brutal surgeries like Sliding technique to lengthen my penis. If I can get 12 cm long penis then I would not go for the Sliding technique. Please help in finding what is my correct stretched penile length.

The correct way to measure is while standing but it dosnt matter. It dosnt matter because the surgeon will take your internal measurements with rods while your laying down during surgery. A skilled surgeon will push the rods as far as they will go. One towards your penis head and one inside your body cavity. These rods determine the size of the implant. Your surgeon will measure you while standing but that’s just to get a ruff idea of size. The real measurement that matters is done internally while you are lying on your back during surgery.

Does this mean that sometimes implanted length could be less than the stretched length?

If you're measuring for Craigslist you start at the anus, loop the tape measure around the balls and measure to just past the tip.

Do you or can you get get erections by any means at all? If so, you should measure that in preference to the stretched technique (or best of all, measure by both methods and girth as well)

More data is better (as a general rule).

If your surgeon is any good and absent any complications, your implanted erection will be at least as long as your erection (induced by drugs, stimulation, etc). Expect any erection inside a vacuum erection device (VED) will be a bit larger in length and girth than you can get by natural means, even in a man without ED.

If you cannot get any erection at all, this advice is pretty much useless unless you have measurements from before ED took them away.

After you lose nocturnal erections, twice daily therapeutic use of the VED will help maintain size, elasticity and tissue health of your penis.

Caveat: Just don't overdo the vacuum, lest you damage anything. I alarmed myself when I induced some mild edema when I got exited over the size of my penis inside the vacuum. Fortunately the edema resolved after a few days of not vacuuming. But the impressive size inside the vacuum tube led me to overdo it just a little. Others have done permanent damage by overdoing it a lot. Unfortunately my VED did not have a vacuum gauge, so I cannot advise on how much is too much. I can tell you that my penis was 3/4" longer inside the chamber than with a good, hard erection (which I could still get with a lot of pills and stimulation at that point).
