Concur with Steve. The first round is the best - but as long as you have the stamina - you can go multiple until you or your partner are completed and worn out. Of course each round becomes less "orgasmic" and less ejaculate too. The great thing I love - on demand. You can use this thing multiple times through the day and never worry again about "can I get an erection? or can I penetrate?"

Three observations.

Your spongiosum (shaft outside of the implant and your glans) might lose engorgement even while your shaft remains full-length and fully rigid.

Yes you sure can as long as you and your partner can last. Got to say I've gone on for a while after orgasm, make the wife cum again. Sometimes a short break is needed because I get so sensitive, but it sure isn't like the days of cum and immediately begin to shrink.
