Scrotum tubing

Hi Guys,

I'm going for a check up with my surgeon tomorrow to check my tubing & pump. The tubing that connects to my pump is protruding out of my scrotum skin. I've circled it in the attached photo. It feels like my tubing is in the front of sack but my pump is behind both testicles at the bottom.

I have concerns that this may interfere with penetration or be uncomfortable for me & my partner during sex. What do you guys think? What should I ask/tell the doctor?

I have something similar, especially when my sac is relaxed and loose. Other than a minor aesthetic issue, it has been of no concern.

I too have exactly the same problem. Mine is protruding too much . I really dont know what to do but i must have it fixed. Hope the surgery is simple

My pump is actually stuck to the bottom front of my scrotum skin. Do you guys think this is causing the problem in the tubing?

I believe that's normal considering the corporotomies (incisions in the base of your penis, inside the scrotum) are somewhat underneath and to the side in most cases. Mine are roughly 45 degrees to the outside and down but the tubes have to travel FORWARD and down into the scrotum to meet the pump, so you can imagine there will be a bit of profile visible and the penoscrotal skin would be slightly distended as a result of the tubing underneath.
