For those who have Malleable implants please share your experience. I tried searching but couldnt find one to talk about experience specific to malleable implants( its probably hidden under other threads) What are the different options available - I know of Tactra,spectra, Genesis, Rigi10( seems most concealable of all!?).. Is there anything better or any other options to consider?

I have my implant scheduled on 17th (with Dr. Karpman) and seriously considering malleable and for reason why 1) I want something simple up and down period
2) I am on the smaller side(4-4.5 inch) so dont think concealment to be an issue( perhaps use a good concealment boxer if at all) in fact I would prefer some show off
3) Quick and easy surgery and Faster recovery maybe? Are there are other issues with malleable( infection related, failure rate etc)?
