Successful Intercourse with 4-inch penis possible?

Hello friends, I was not born with a small penis. My penis used to be six-inch. But then I started taking spironolactone 400 Mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, my penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. I want to know if PIV sex is possible with a 4” penis? I am asking this because there exists a surgery that can increase my penis by one inch. That surgery is called The Sliding Technique; it's a dangerous surgery as I can lose my whole penis. So if the PIV sex is possible with 4”, I wouldn't go for that surgery. Please help me with the decision.

I would recommend doing some reading in the Documents worth reading thread in the General discussion section of this forum. There are a number of articles about size and how to prevent size loss. VED exercise is a good place to start. Many other article that help with doctor selection. But why settle for 4 when you may be able to can get 5. The thing is that with size loss it most likely will take a bit of time after surgery to max out size. Many receive and larger size when a replacement is done years after the first surgery. So go into this knowing that you will have months if not a year of cycling work to do after surgery.

I’m slowly coming to terms with my shortened state. The biggest part is emotional rather than physical. The link between Peyroines and depression is well documented but hard to explain. There exist a surgery to regain the lost length but the risk with it is very high. I can lose my whole penis. I don't know what to do.
