Scrotal elasticity
Hey guys just trying to pick the brains of like altered individuals. When I got my titan the also remove some “webbing” from my scrotum I think it’s scrotoplasty. Anyways my sack seems to have lost its ability to hang and now the balls are pushing the pump forward and out front. My wife doesn’t care but it seems like I always need to adjust my sack forward. Did anyone have this same thing? If so what did you do about it?

Re: Scrotal elasticity
I've had the same thing done recently on April 1. I've noticed the same thing you have except when I take a nice warm shower. My scrotum relaxes and then the pump goes into place where it should be. I didn't have much swelling at all, so I think I'm healing pretty quickly. Now at day 10 my scrotum is relaxing more without having to take a warm shower to get it that way.
I think it may return to normal in the next few weeks except the webbing will be much closer to the penoscrotal junction.
So I guess if you are fairly recently implanted you may just need to wait it out a bit.
Obviously I haven't been implanted very long so if your surgery wasn't recent, other people's opinions would be more accurate than mine.

Re: Scrotal elasticity
I didn't have scrotoplasty but following my implant surgery (penoscrotal) my sac stayed tight for a few weeks, from the trauma I assume. After a while scrotum became totally normal again, well except for the boy's new roommate
. I think yours will too over time.

20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Great! But now when I go to bed, when I change positions, I better adjust myself or I will squeeze one of the boys! Don't ask me which one, but when I move, I I better reach down and not let my sack get nestled

Re: Scrotal elasticity
I've been really surprised that I hardly feel the pump at all unless I go looking for it with my fingers. There really has been no pain there at all and I haven't taken ANYTHING for pain in 4 or 5 days. I really had almost no swelling either. That part was much easier than I thought. Had to have a second incision for the reservoir and that's been the only painful part for me, although it's starting to feel less tender now too. Glad you are doing well. I hope all your family jewels start getting along!

Thanks guys I’m 8 months post surgery and I too have to adjust the boys often. I’ve got big thighs from sports that I’ve played ice hockey and refereeing, biking and running. Even in the car I need to re position the boys or as someone stated I’ll be crushing the boys.
