Surgery outside Italy considering Dr Hakkyo Dr Ralph

Hi everyone,

I'm an Italian guy. I am evaluating the surgery, unfortunately from my research in Italy there are no first level surgeons as in other countries.
Doing some research I saw that value for money ... the best are in America dr Hakky and in Europe dr. Rlaph (london)


1) Anyone who has had direct experience with Dr Ralph?

2) My English is not bad but I don't feel confident enough to talk about medical issues, any suggestions? or some Italian like me who had surgery abroad as he found himself with the limit of the language?

3) my first option would be Hakky but the long journey scares me and could it also be a problem for any checks?

Any other suggestions are welcome
