So i've been cycling for a week after being given the go ahead after 6 weeks being pretty much deflated because of a hematoma at the pump. I have a few dog ears when deflated but one of them sticks out like a spike where my old peyronies scar was, as this was the area i had thinning and a dent. The dog ear is almost z shaped behind the spike and only goes when totally inflated, even then there is a slight lump where my curve is at its worst.
The curve is definitely improving even after this short time, but the dog ear is causing me lots of pain all the time when flacid. I've been told to put a few pumps in, but i have to put alot in to start straightening the fold and i can't go to work in peoples houses with an erection. It's started causing pain tucked into underwear so it's a bit of a nightmare all round.
It's obviously making the tunica sore but i just don't know what to do about it. Have a rest from cycling until the inflammation gets better or just keep cycling and hope it softens up or the tunica stretches enough to not be so painful. Has a dog ear ever gone through the side of a tunica?

Thanks
Dog ears are folds in the cylinders when deflated. I have a few that aren't a problem, but one sticks right out and is very uncomfortable. My surgeon and the titan rep both say it will improve but it's very painful at the moment and impacting my life big time. I'm 7 weeks out of surgery and i've had quite alot of swelling, everything else is improving , it's just taking time and the dog ear is my main problem right now.
