Can someone let me know who’s more experienced with revisions Hakky or Eid?

And what the payment for out of pocket folks

You can't go wrong with either one. Hakky is quite a bit less expensive from what I've read.

I am curious about the title (Since Kramer lied about clinical trials). I didn't hear about such a thing. Could you provide any information about that?

Also interested in this. Kramer used to have such a reputation here.

I texted him months back asking about out of pocket pricing. He responded with no answer but stated that if I waited I could get the surgery free, because of it being a clinical trial using Rigicon. I said cool, like a normal person I asked when it would be taking place so I could figure out travel and other logistics. He texted me back saying not to worry it would be in 4-6weeks and that he couldn’t be texting “back and forth” when in reality it was just a few text. This was in January. I texted him again about it maybe 6weeks out and he was upset and stated I didn’t have boundaries ? Because I texted him again asking for any other information. That was in February, I told him do you think I should just get insurance or is this trial a for sure deal, he ignored the question of legitimacy and stated getting insurance is up to me. He ignored the question on the trial and it’s now almost April. Savage

I think your subject line is a mite over the top.

What if Rigicon changed their mind? Btw, there has been repeated threads where people felt Kramer was over rated.
Concerning finding a plan to get implant coverage. That might be a tall task. Even plans that do cover implants. It can take a ton of research to dig that fact out of the fine print.
My suggestion, for what little its worth. I'd suggest to decide on 2 surgeons that you feel are suitable. Call their insurance people & explain your problem. Be sure to introduce yourself & get their name. Address them friendly & politely each time you talk to them. Try to build a mild friendship. Ask about some of the more common policies that they have luck with. Be sure to ask about how the exclusions are worded so you can look for those phrases.
You have a lot of work ahead of you. Be patient & thorough in your research. Good luck.

Don't know why some people here seem to have this vendetta against Kramer. Clinical trials probably never happen on the schedule they are supposed to. Or maybe it is no longer going to even happen. I'm sure none of that is even up to him. Me and many people had a fine outcome with Dr. Kramer. He has done quite a high volume of implants in the past, and I think most of them have done just fine, on par with what would be predicted with a high volume implanter. I think some maybe started to have an issue after he made the mistake of testifying for a person in court he should not have, that unfortunately cost him his position at his practice due to the negative press it generated. Doesn't mean he isn't still good at the surgery.
