MrMann — glad you had good results! I tried it again last night and the burning was significant! Lasted an hour. Felt like chili sauce had been poured down my urethra! The glans improvement was no better than I am getting with daily Cialis and a ring.

I may try it again but for me the burning side effect was not worth it. Do you rub it in or just lay a small dab on your glans? I did have a great intercourse organism which was the first one since implanting so possibly the nitro bid was a factor?

I have been a cheerleader for this stuff so I must admit to a change in my attitude toward it.

I tried the NitroBid oint again, applying a smaller amount to just the glans. Got the headache again.

My urologist also prescribed Bimix intraurethral gel for me. It works great but it's about $6.25 per dose. I will definitely refill the Bimix gel.

So it's safe to say, it's ok to use this stuff with your implant. How long does last? Does it effect your wife by having it applied on the outside?

Another thing. Would this stuff work instead of Viagra. I haven't got the implant yet. Would it give me a full erection?

It looks like nitrobid increases blood flow to the external parts of your penis, and not the corpora cavernosa which are deeper inside your penis and responsible for making you hard. So no, I don't think it will work like Viagra.
